Fast Friday Drags & Burnout Box is your weekend kickoff for wide-open drag racing at Famoso! From fire-breathing dragsters to your trusty daily driver, everyone’s welcome for an evening of Test N Tune action. Friday night features racing under the lights and the fan-favorite Burnout Box. Tech Cards are $60, and spectator admission is $20. Gates Open 5pm, Track Hot 6pm-10pm Whether you’re chasing a personal best or just out for fun—Famoso is the place to be!

ANRA WEEKEND RECAP

The ANRA Spring Nationals are scheduled for June 5–7, 2026 at Famoso Dragstrip in Bakersfield. According to ANRA, the event features Nostalgia Eliminators, Gas classes, Open Wheel, Hot Rod, Sportsman, and Jr. Dragsters.

Summit Race #5 & #6

The 2026 Summit Racing Series continues at Famoso Dragstrip with Race 5 & 6, coming June 13-14. The momentum is building as racers across multiple grassroots divisions—including Junior Street, High School, and Association classes—return to Bakersfield to battle for valuable championship points. Whether you’re chasing points on the track or watching the action from the stands, Race 5 & 6 of the Summit Racing Series promises another exciting weekend of grassroots drag racing at Famoso Dragstrip.
